for divorce

I am muslim boy(shia) i want to divorce my wife.but my wife does not want divorce.i am employee of central govt.when i go to duty then she hurt my parents.

You should try to settle the matter amicably; and if possible take up a separate apt or get your wife also a job so that she is busy during day.

even if you get divorce, you will not be able to avoid 'maintenance' which be a big burden on your income, unless you are very rich person.
