How to get a divorce without mutual consent?

I got married 3 months before,now I came to know that my wife is having mild mental disorder. I got checked with doctors and certification. How long it will take to get a divorce?

You may go for annulment of marriage if she was suffering from the disorder at the time of marriage also. Or else, if it is a recent development you may file for divorce on the grounds of mental cruelty
