Divorce Under Mutul Concern

We are married 1.6 yr back . but during this time we were never frd of each other . most of time we have cold war going on as we do not talk to each other, eat seperately , make food seperately , live in different rooms , goes for work and busy with own frds .at last our parents decided that we need to live seperately for 6 months . In case if we feel some for each other then good else they file divorce .

Anyways i need to ask you now do we need to live seperately again for 6 months after filing of divorce in court or court will consider our previous 6 months seperation and give divorce degree in single hearing .

Court will definitely order you both to wait for six months before making any hearings.No divorce can be decreed in one sitting.

You may need to live separately before filing of divorce. After court case filing, it may take more than six months for passing divorce order by the court, if the divorce petition is filed by 'mutual consent'.

for filing divorce by mutual consent, you are required to be living separate for the past one year, however as per the above facts , both of you have to wait for six more months to divorce,
