i want divorce n i'm pregnant,i'm indian women i got love marrage n this marrige hurts lot to my family n still my husbad is hurting them,i'm pregnant n iwant to file divorce without telling him about this pregnancy so is it possible to do so, or whot should i do to make it possible lawfully,i mean i don't want him to see even my child b'cas same things he wished if he came to know about pregncy then he will anyhoh seprate me from my child n i'm fadeup with his way of dealing with life,he doesn't have norms,ethics or value for other life,pl guide me soon

it is possible to file a petition for divorce but you may not be able hide the factum of your pregnancy and the child birth. somehow he will come to know of it but as per indian law, he would not get the custody unless he proves that you are not fit to become a good mother. however, you may get back with more facts.
