Legal Question in Family Law in India

Divorce

Hi,

I am an NRI (dual citizen). Me and my wife got married in Australia about 1.5 years back. She is now in India for the last 8 months and has recently asked for a divorce.

We both got registered married in a court in Australia.

Can you please advise what rights she has over my assets and property in india and what rights do i have over her assets and properties if we do proceed with the divorce.
