Since both of you are Indian Nationals, you can be granted a divorce only by Indian Courts. If your husband is also agreeable to a divorce then neither of you needs to come here and the divorce petition can be filed by an attorney in India. Please send particulars regarding date of marriage, reason for divorce etc.
