If a divorce petition of husband is dismissed, is there a time frame after which he can file a petition for divorce again, or for judicial separation on same grounds but with additional evidence?

Was the same dismiss for default of appearance or for some other reason?

plz provide some more detail and if it is dismissed then you can file fresh on the basis of new facts only.
you may also file judicial seperation by giving reference of divorce case.
