Divorce petition by husband, interim maintenence u/s 24 of H.M.A.was fixed on his salary only because he has not submitted any affidavit to show that he has no other source of income and assets, I.T. return only hand written was submitted all assets were kept hidden . four yrs passed , I want enhancement of my interim maintenance , my lawyer says you can not ask for enhancement on the ground of his increased income and hiding assets now because you have no clear picture of his hidden assets . you can put up for your increased daily needs only i.e. roti ,kapada aur makan.
What to do ?
