Divorce petition by husband, interim maintenence u/s 24 of H.M.A.was fixed on his salary only

q1 can i ask the court for permanent accomodation in enhanceement application

q2 can i ask the court to order him to submitte his financial statement with affidavit after filing my financial statement.

q3 can i ask him to submitt his financial statement during cross examination
