There are only some places which have jurisdiction to entertain the Divorce petition and they are as under which are applicable to you.

1) where the marriage was solemnized,

2) the respondent, at the time of presentation of the petition resides,

3) the parties to the marriage last resided togather ; SO if you both want to file mutual consent you can either file it where the marriage is peformed, or where you both last resided togather or where the other party resides and if you are a women and have not received maintenance than file a maintenance petition U/s 125 Crpc where you reside so let him come and attend the court where you can think of talk and file a mutual consent if the marriage is performed at Mumbai.
