I have flat on the name of both me and my wife, we are taken a loan from bank and both are applicant. but my wife paid all instollment of loan and i had paid inital amount 10 % of flat value. Now wife said she wanted to Divorce in that case what about Flat can i claim

No, you cannot claim more than you have paid for it or the equivalent percentage of your share; better to forget about the flat if your wife is willing to settle for it.
the facts given you are not complete to make an effective opinion; may beyour wife could claim from you more than the flat also,

As per HM Act, the flat is liable to be divided in two equal portions.

if flat is in joint name both will have equal share

The said Flat will be divided into two equal proportions as per the Hindu Marriage Act.
