Can one get divorce under section 12 saying that the wife was suffering from tuberculosis at the time of marriage and the husband was unaware of that.

TB has not been provided as one of the ground for annulment under sec 12. But yes, 12(c) says that if there is concealment of any vital facts concerning the respondent, then the petitioner can claim relief. So if you want to proceed for annulment the petition has to be drafted astutely keeping in view the apex court judgement upon the same. for more--
