i got married to a divorcee and have a child now. I came to during the birth of the child that she is suffering from bipolar disorder which is a psychiartic problem. She was being treated for this disorder before our marriage. This aspect was concealed. Further as Hindu I believe in matching horoscope but her parents submited a false horoscope and matched. Is my marriage valid and legal though it was registered. Her behavoir is bad these days and she is on heavy drugs . What is the legal redemy I can get.

your wife is already a patient; in such a situation, litigating with her is not going to help you; better you try to make adjustments and provide her good treatment as a responsible husband. you have not given complete facts of your married life. if you still need legal advice, please provide details like date of marriage, place of marriage etc.

Yes, the marriage is legal and valid, unless you chose to apply for declaring the marriage void.
Alternatively, you may apply for divorce successfully.

marriage is valid but u can claim concealment as a ground of divorce. however it may not be the decicive ground

Your marriage is legal for all purpose.You can go for divorce and also for annulment of marriage on the ground of concealment of facts at the time of marriage.
