Divorce
i'm seprated from my wife since 6 yrs,having a son who lives with her .I want divorce now but she is not ready to give me divorce infact she wants to spoil my career and life .My case is going on in civil court since last two yrs but till today thr is no judgement.Everytime judge gives me a new date of 3-6 months .What should i do?

There is no other option than to request your lawyer to expedite the court proceedings assigning compelling reasons.

Divorce cases do take a minimum of 2 to 3 years for the final degree. However, I am not aware of the current position of your case. You say it is now 2 years - in that case, it should now be ion the final hearing stage? I think, a change of lawyer may help - however, unless the current position ios known, it is difficult to advise.
