i want a divorce and settled in australiya. is it possible? if my husband doesnt give me divroce than wht should i do? can i live with somebody else or can i go with somebody else ? the other person to whom i want to live is also married. wht u sugest . we want to live together and want to stable in australiya. can we both go away without tell anything or we can do otherthing. after we r going they can do anything orfile case against us. wht u suggest. me and my lover both r married if we both doesnt get divroce from our partener than wht is the other way. i dont have any kid. but the person with whom i want to live has two child. if wecan go without anyintimation than wht is happing hear. my husband told me that he can case against my parents is it possible. the other person's family can also do anything or take any legal action against my family or me?

Depending on indian laws no legal action however consult a aus lawyer about their laws.

Presuming the facts that you are a Indian National you can be charged under adultery and also under sec. 406 of the I.P.C.
I would strongly advise you to settle the matter amicably with your respective partners and if you dont find a way out and planning to run off you will be behind bars and that is 100% sure.

Firstly, it is almost impossible for your husband to take any action against you;
Secondly, your lover's wife may not take any action against you and/or your family.
It is possible for both of you to get divorce from yours spouses while u live in Australia.
If you live like this without marriage, your lover may be in trouble from his in-laws side though no harm is possible to you or your family.
