Legal Question in Family Law in India

If i go for Divorce from my side shall i get share from my husbands named

property (self acquired/from his parents) he booked in 498A and DVC cases.

And also i am not having any proof of my husband belongs property. Can i

inform oral that he is having in some are some lands. Court will take

any action.
