Legal Question in Family Law in India

If i go for Divorce from my side can i get share in his named property?

He already booked in 498A and DVC is in running. We have given

dowry of Rs.5,00,000/- there is no written proof only my mother's friend

witness is available.

Divorce will not affect your case u/s 498-A and DVA.
