Regarding getting divorce.
Sir,
I am--name removed-- since from marriage, for the first 6 monts our relation is Ok. but after that due to highs and lows, I and my wife got separated staying separately, for the past 3 years, Due to her 2 sisters marriage, and family prestige she is not giving me divorce papers, so i applied for divorce, but as per the pressure of elders, i took back my divorce case back later she signed on a agreement, and then onwards we are staying separately.
sir, now my question is, she and me khows each other very well that, we cant stay together, but for the sake of elders, we need to stay like this, is there anu way for me to get divorce, if so, then what what all the things i have be prove for getting divorce, and also give me strong points for getting the divorce.

good morning
first of all make sure what you want out of your married life. you want to stay in or stay out (divorce). i would advice you to talk with your wife and work out on the solutions and then make up your mind to file a divorce.

You should make all possible efforts directly as also through friends and relatives for a reconcilliation towards reunion in the same marriage.
If you find that things cannot work at all, you may seek divorce on the grounds of desertion of your wife, if she has moved out of the matrimonial home on her own without your having contributed anything towards that.
for better advice, please supply more facts like reasons separation etc.

You seem to be confused.firstly take a decision as to whether you want to live with wife or you want divorce.If you want to live and your wife also agree then ignore other things like elders etc.Afterall its your life and you both have to take decision in respect of your life.Stop interference of any person/elder in your life.Convince you wife and start a fresh life together.In case of any need you may contact me.Professional charges are applicable.
