Divorce

Sir, iam an airman on active service in indian air force and iam subjected to air force act. Iam being harrased by my wife and their in laws, the harrasement is carried out in the following ways.

(a) putting false allegation on my aged parents. Harrasing , humiliating and staying away from my family to mentally torture me.

(b) stopping me from having access to my son.

(c) delibrately avoiding cohabitation on false grounds.

(d) making the family atmosphere in such a manner were by creating a condition of mental torture , so as to compel me to stay away or abandon my old aged parents.

(e) fabricating a decaying and non conducive atmosphere for a respectable family living.

(f) not allowing me to send money to my parents.

Status of my parents

(a) old aged father above 68 yrs and mother above 55 yrs having chronic diabetic and high bp problem

(b) brother studying, above 18yrs of age but financial dependant on me.

(c) parents are also financially dependant on me since they dont have any pension.

Status of wife

(a) lone daughter of parents

(b) graduate (bachelor in corporate secretaryship)

(c) her father retired tamil nadu state government employee.

If you want divorce than file the same on the ground of cruelty'

You have every moral/legal right to support your parents, sister brother who are dependant upon you financially

It is better that you consult a lawyer of your area.In your case it is better that you file a divorce case and getrid from such wife and in same case claim the custody of your child.

please try your best for reapproachment.

if you do not succeed, you should file for divorce on the ground of cruelty. the facts mentioend by you do constitute cruelty and make out a case for annulment of marriage.

you may have to make payment of litigation expenses as also maintenance;

you are in problem dear....... you have to decide who is more imp for you. i suggest parents.

such wife dont deserve your love.

try to convince her and find some amicable solution otherwise do what u feel best.

In the circumstances stated by you, there does not appear to be any alternative but to file a divorce application immediately. The grounds could be cruelty, refusal to cohabit etc.
