As you say that your wife living separately since 23/03/2006 and your wife does no co-operate you. You also stated that you want divorce .

If you want divorce you should file a divorce petition and that petition can

be filed on the ground of desertion as well.

No grounds for divorce are made in your statement except that of desertion and that too if you can establish that she is living separate without any fault on your part; however she could establish that she had to live separate for any reason attributable to you, the case may fail.
