Sir/Madam

I have applied for Divorce in 2003, My evidence has been recorded, my wife's evidence yet to record. will the judge appoint the commission before giving final judgement?

the appointment of commission is not a matter of routine;

in the present situation, the counsel representing you before the court is the best person to guide you, unless you are conducting your case yourself without engaging a counsel.

Yes if the wife applies for appointment of comission, then commission can be appointed for taking evidence of your wife, but there are certain condition to be fufuilled before that, so as to enable court to issue commission. Your advocate would be aware of all provision in that regards. So if you have engaged advocate, then take his advice, instead of asking the same to us.

if your wife has sougth for appointment of commissioner then a commissioner may be appointd

Court has power to appoint local commissionaer,if necessity so arise.
