my sister in law is blackmailing my parents that she will put them in dowry case how can my parents help themselves and my brother

best way is to apologise to her for your mistakes and try to assuage her feelings; girls go for a dowry case only as a last resort after they are unable to tolerate the torture and cruelty.

Firstly stop getting black mailed.You people must be strong to face the situation and donot come under pressure of sister-in-law.There are some preventive measures to mitigate the problem and for that purpose all detils are required to be examined.So contact with details.
