Divorce help
My sister got married five year before and stayed with him for 1 years and due to his unwanted character (drug, drinks, illegal contact with women) she had left the house and staying with us, we applied for the divorce and got the same as EX party as he didn't attend the case, now due to his brother's bad intension of marrying her as his second wife the guy is reopened the case and it is going now, beside his brother is giving as lot of problem and the police is also lodged two FIR against but him in the jail for two 15 days, but he trying to give problem in the form of her Ex husband, please advise us and show us the way to come out from this issue. We have already explained to the court that his ex husband is not opened the case for his purpose but for his brother. As he is drug addict his brother is making use of this now.

You may better contest the proceedings in court through a lawyer.

the brother cannot get teh case reopend . the husband will have to be present in court for the matter . if it is restored you can contest teh case and prove your case and get a divorce
