Divorce when spouses are in different countries
We both are Indian but I am residing in UAE and my husband in India. We are willing for a mutual divorce but I cannot travel to India. Is it possible that my husband process the papers and send it to me? What are procedures and how long will it take?

Being Indian alone would not do. Further specify, whether you are Hindu, Muslim, or what.
