i had taken divorce on stamp paper duely notraize. i had also paid rs 225000 to my wife with a account payee demand draft on name of her as a settlement amount. i am basically from rajasthan and my wife is from Madhya pradesh. we both signed stamp paers.but i am afarid to start a new life as my divorce is not from court. By caste i am a prajapati coming in OBC in india. my marriage was arrange marriage with in caste but we do not prepare a marriage certificate.
should i plan for a 7B in court because my wife will not support me for 13 B.please guide me what should i do. i want to get married again and same time i want to save my self and my family with any legal action.

your customary divorce on stamp paper is not valid and you need to file the divorce petition under the law you got married to her.
