Legal Question in Family Law in India

how can i get a divorce, i am subjected to abuse, threat of imposing 498A, she has already summoned me to the CAW cell on a hyped complaint, i have 2 daughters, 2&4 yrs old, she is arm twisting me cause of my soft corner for kids. i have deliberately left my job to take care of my kids - cause she is very ruthless. plz help

in case you have the custody of daughter, the court would certainly tilt in your favour and you can file divorce on the grounds of cruelty and desertion. leaving one s children is also an act of cruelty.
