Your is a very mercyfull case. I had occassion to read the replies of other attorneys. I do agree with the replies of other attorneys.

I would suggest first thing to go for domestic violance complaint, this will really relieve you from you preliminary strains, you can also claim separate house from them and also claim alimony, and this will be quick.

Once your out of this trouble, then there are many options, to file divorce case, to file criminal 498A compliant, claim maintenance. Female have plethora of protection under law.

One more concern i have is about ur own parents. It is really shameful abut their attitude. Well you should also teach them a lesson. If it is your joint family, or ancestral propety, then claim your share in the property.

Kindly do the needful, as early as possible, do enage a sincear attorney who could take care of your case.

You can also take care of womens federation or organization working in your city. They are of great help, they will also give you shelter and work.

so many advices by other counsels but none said that it is a case of cheating by family members of your husband and tantamounts to offence of rape as well. STRANGE.

You can file a case for annulemnt of marriage on the ground of fraud amd misrepresentation, since one year has not expired from the date of marriage.

You are entitled to file divorce on several grounds including cruelty and fraud. the law is on your side.

First and formost i pressume that you have no support from your in-laws and your parents. Now to get out of the situation first thing is that you have to be self dependant. My first advise to you is to look out for jobs. Once you get employed and you have a source of livelyhood, than you can think of further activities. Dont let your husband know about your intentions for working.Second thing find out your husbands earlier wife and child's details and the grounds for divorce. Once you get employed and you have income to stay alone and support yourself, than you can file a criminal complaint for harrasment and mental torture to the police. Third thing is to file a case for divorce on grounds for mental torture and concelment of fact also a ground for nullity of marriage. Also in the case you can make appln for interim maintenance to add pressure to husband for divorce. But before filing complaint make some alternate aggangement for living seperatyely.

I konw the way is a hard way but acc to me you can benifit in the long term also
