i want to divorce my wife but she is not accepted mutual so what can i do.because she hated my parents . but i m alone my family. she has tried to many time socaied. nd call police nd threat my parents to domestic violance.

you may file a petition for divorce on the grounds of cruelty. you may elaborate all the circumstances leading to your filing of the petition and this would be your defence.
