Divorce
My wife, as you can call, is not fit to be a wife, in the sense she cannot manage the house, nor can she keep it clean, all the things are scattered here and there, and neither she has respect for me nor my parents. She was never helpful nor fit for me. I want to apply for divorce. Pls advice

As regards your query and from the limited facts as naratted , You can definitely file for divorce provided you are seriously aggerived by her cruel and dangerous behaviour which is causing you harm mentally & physically to you. You need to consult a divorce lawyer for further compliances and legalities as regards your case.

None of reasons stated by you is covered by section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, hence you cannot seek divorce on these grounds. You have to manupulate the situation and then seek the relief desired by you.
