Legal Question in Family Law in India

I want divorce with my wife due to her behavior in past 1.5 years of marriage with me and my family. If I initiate the process she and her family will charge us for dowry or homicide violence. But, I want to get separate from her as soon as possible because it is getting unbearable to live with her. please advice me what to do?
