Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,

Accord to Mohammedan law of practice polygamy upto four ( 4 wives) can be permissable, unless that if your married wife does not rise the question in court of law in general regards to polygamy, upto four ( 4 wives) with in the ambit of the muslims personal laws permitted. Now you can ask for talakh accord to it, by giving her the 'mehr' amount given to you during the solemnizing of your marriage. But see that your wife should not approach for the regular judicial court regarding marriage divorce questioning, otherwise the court intervenes in the matter, Ok ?
