I need a divorce from my wife ,i got married on 24 th feb 2012. the reason for this her parents are threatening to do lodge 498 a Case with police to hide their daughter incompetency .
There is any way for getting divorce

No way to file divorce petition till 24th Feb 2013 i.e one year from the date of marriage.

despite the fact, you need to wait for one year, but you may move an application for waiving the period of one year. for 498a, you may hire a competent lawyer.

if she is havig any incompetency like permanent ailment then you can file case of desertion immediately.
