divorce

my wife after being married for 11 years and we have two children says i am impotent and wants a divorce which is totally fabricated.what should be my action as my children lifes are also involved.

You may obtain your potency report from the medical board of the recognized hospital to counter the false allegation of your wife for opposing the divorce.

Any action will depend on you as to what you want. After eleven years of marriage, if your wife wants a divorce, on whatever grounds, you cal talk to her and make her understand, otherwise, there does not seem to be any other option but to agree to divorce on mutual consent, instead of making allegations against each other.

You canm also apply for and get custody of the children, if you so want.

If you do not want a divorce and choose to continue to live with her, you can oppose the divorce, applt=y for restitution of conjungal rights successfully.
