how can i get divorce from my wife because she is not ready to live with me due variation of thoughts and poverty. She has govert. job .She is working very far from me last over two years didnt come to me.She is ready to give divorce before one year but now dont konw.so pls suggest me .

you may file a petition for seeking divorce on the ground of desertion.

Ask her to give you a Mutual Consent Divorce. It'll be easier for both of you to end a dead relation.
