I want to divorce my wife.Actually we have never matched each other since we got married.We have no physcal relation ship either, we got married in 2003. We never got close as we din match each other.I went to Dubai on and off till 2005. And finally settelled in Dubai since 2006.Its cince then that i have not intrest in her. I want to get seperated mutually.Please advice as i dont want any trouble for her neither me.I have informed her more than a year now that i am not intrested in her. She is not ready for it yet. Please advice as i want to end this soon as possible and start a new life. Is there any way i can get divorce with out any fights..?

You can divorce without contest ONLY if she agrees.

To make her agree, you need to give an offer which may help her honourable settlement.

A better opinion can be given only if you provide full facts about your financial and social status; and details of marriage.

for mutal consent divorce both the parties have to file the petition jointly. hence you will have to convice her for the divorce
