Legal Question in Family Law in India

I want a divorce from my wife.we do not stay with each other for more than 2 1/2 yrs.She and her family wants a house in her name and 50% of property share that my father has kept on my name. They also have charged me from mahila ayog of harrassment for adultery.She earns more than I do.How can I benefited in this situation?

she has no legal right in your property and you may opt out of negotiations and contact a lawyer to defend your case.
