Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am divorce woman of india and want to marry an europian resident man who is also married but not divorced. is there any provision to marry in india with him without disturbing his exisiting family status in europe.

You can marry him provided he is a divorcee or a widower under the special marriage act.

NO MAM , YOU CAN'T MARRY HIM AT ANY WHERE.. IF HE IS MUSLIM THEN ONLY YOU CAN MARRY HIM IN SUCH CONDITION.
