I have been divorced on 16-Aug-2012, when can I legally get married I am yet to get the certified copy of the divorce,

If the divorce was contested than you will have to wait upto 90 days i.e the appeal period of 90 days. If the divorce was by mutual consent then it is safe to marry after getting certified copy.
