i divorced 5 months ago court orders that cutody of child is with his mother i.e me and maintanance for child monthly rs.2000 will be provided by his father till 18yrs of our son's age after that it depends upon our sonto whom he wish to stay after the age of 18. our son will be cared by his grandfather(my father)his nana .i want to know this all is mutual consent if i remarry what legal procedure should i have done because if i remarry then cutody to his gradfathershould not affected

in case you remarry, you husband has a strong possibility of getting the custody of the son in case he himself remains unmarried. but even in that situation, the court would look into the welfare of the child. whether the welfare of the child is in staying with nana or with father. but father being a natural guardian, stands to score more.
Since you have already undergone the litigation process, it may be better to follow your lawyer's advice to avoid any confusion. The custody orders are, of course, variable and may be changed/amended by the court with the change in situation.
