Legal Question in Family Law in India

i got divorced and had a son. now i married again. and i want to change my son surname to my current husband.is it possible to do. or any legal way i have to proceed.

You cannot take this step without written consent of child's biological father. In fact, your second husband may need to adopt the child with the consent of your first husband and only then you may change last name of your son.
