took a divorced on 12th may 2009 as per memorandum of understanding i should got rs 3000 per month as an alimoney amount for my son from his father but from last two months we not get any amount so what should i do
and if am also working is it any possibilty to stop payment or if once agreement made it will be as it is and what is actual amount as indian court to provide maintence amount to his son because this amount is not for mother"s maintence it is just for child because even if she gone for remmary the amount will still recd by son's guardians like his grandparents.what law say's?

first of all through MOU, you cannot be divorce automatically. You have to get divorce through court. If not done then file maintenance and whatever you want being a wife.

You may file an execution petition in the same court which granted you divorce for enforcement of decree granting maintenance amount for the child.
