i took a divorced on 12th may 2009 as per memorandum of understanding i should got rs 3000 per month as an alimoney amount for my son from his father but from last two months we not get any amount so what should i do

U should move the competent court under section 125 of the code of criminal procedure.

you can file an execution in the concerned court that granted you the maintenance.
