Legal Question in Family Law in India

I had divorced my wife in 1990 and the papers finally came through in 1992. Thinking that he is doing good to his wife and his son (thats me and his only son), my father seems to have bequeathed in his will all present property to my ex-wife in 1991 - the agreement says it has been made in order for her to leave his son in peace and without further trouble. I was not personally of this will and my mother did not understand the implications of this will at that time though he had mentioned it to her. Now, after all these years in 2009 she has come back to claim all of the property, of which some has been sold by me and some constructions made on land included in this will. How am i placed legally to fight this out with her, as there is no signatures either from my mother or me on this WILL. Pls advise.. What is the grounds on which i can fight to keep this property in my mothers name.
