Legal Question in Family Law in India

I divorced my wife 7 years back am not married up to 7years 2 years back she came and stayed with me about 6 months and she went back to her father house now she is staying with her parents, now she is petitioned in court for maintenance I have one male kid am poor man I don't have money to give lumsum amount or I don't have sufficent job what to do now

you don't need to give her anything as her relation with you as wife ended with divorce before 7 years. Hire a local good lawyer and defend yourself .
