i am divorced, since last an a year.... they have not paid any alimony to me and my daughter she is 10 years old...
but i am going for work and i get only 10000 rs.
i am facing lot of financial crisis. to take care of me and my daughter.
can i reopen the case asking for alimony.

yes u can claim maintenance for ur child and for herself as well if u r not remarry
you can claim maintenance from your self or your daughter,however the case once have decided , the only remedy is to challenge the order by way of appeal or reviison.

It depends, which spouse is earning more. And also, whether the court earlier, has awarded alimony to you and now he is not paying, or you were not awarded alimony; this issue is not clear.
