Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am divorcee love with a married guy who have a son too.he said he will take divorce but as he sacre for his job most because all his family memebers are govt. employee they have phobia to loss the jobs & his wife is nt ready to leave his house even though so what i can suggest him & what are the possiblities kindly help
