Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am a divorcee and having 10 yrs old daughter. Her custody is still iwth her father. now am getting married. My would be husband and i want to take a custody of my daughter...how can we go ahead?can we adopt her directly from her biological father?

in case you getting married, the custody of the would remain with her biological father unless he willingly gives his consent for adoption.
