how can i get a divorce?

i'm 26 years old and my boy friend is 6 years older than me. he forced to marriege me and

we got married since july2011, but both parents dont know about it.and we live our own house. he drinks and whenever meet he always beat and torture me too much. i dont want to live with him and want divorce. how to do? kindly tell me.

You may seek divorce on the ground of "cruelty". You may also seek protection under the domestic violence laws.
