divorce-impotency

Dear Sir,

My wife has filed divorce on grounds of impotency in Thane, Maharashtra. She stays in Delhi with her sister now. Last week she filed oral evidence but no supportings was attached in any of her accusition. The matter is pending for cross examination by my advocate coming Monday..I want to ask following :

1) What are the details i should ask to adjourn the matter as she has not produced any docs on record and used very dirty languages .

2) How do i defend myself on the ground of impotency...( any judegements etc )

Rohan, I do not think you should contest this divorce; it may not be easy to bring her back; and even if you win, it will be whole life nightmare. you may reconsider your decision and better abstain from the case; let she be granted ex parte divorce on any of the grounds she may have alleged in her petition.
