Legal Question in Family Law in India
am a divorcy since two years living seperatly. this year my x-husband committed sucieded and my x-father in law requsting me to make sign on postal RD papers where they are living .in presence of postal staff. is their any risk with this issue?? pls discuss this issue..

where are you living and where does your father in law live. as far as postal RD deposits are concerned, are you the nominee in that....do clarify?

You should not to sign the document unless you are a beneficiary under his WILL or the court order. Even if you are a nominee, that will not confer any right in you.
